This venue has gone through a major refit, and boy it shows. Dont waste your money with those cheapo chain hotels when you can get looked after here. Special thanks to Stuart for his assistance.

Great position (quite literally the centre of Beccles). Good-sized room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good real ale on tap. We only ate breakfast, which was very good. Good honest value and I would be happy to reccommend.
